Meet the Team

Kane Facey

Director, Accredited Building Surveyor (BOINZ)

With 15 years of building industry experience across residential and commercial construction and project management, Kane brings a practical, detail-oriented approach to every inspection. As a BOINZ Accredited Building Surveyor he uses specialised equipment to deliver clear, concise reporting and helps clients gain a thorough understanding of a property’s condition so they can make informed decisions with confidence. If he’s not crawling around under a house, you will find Kane at his favourite surf breaks around Taranaki or busy being Dad.

Jane Browne

Business Operations Manager

Working alongside Kane, Jane helps guide clients through the building inspection process. With a background in real estate, interior design, and business operations, Jane has a strong understanding of both homes and people, helping clients feel informed and supported every step of the way. When she isn’t busy organizing Inform’s scheduling and admin, she is in the garden, busy being Mum and forever wondering when Kane will be back from his surf.
