Pre-Purchase Building Inspections
A pre-purchase report is an important tool, providing clear information about the current condition of a house. The report lists defects found, with additional information, including photos and written descriptions. Reports are written to meet NZS - 4306:2005 residential Building Report standards. The report covers weathertightness aspects of the house/home and meets lending requirements.

Healthy Home Assessments
Own or purchasing a property to rent? We can provide a Healthy Homes Assessment that shows if the home is compliant with heating, insulation, ventilation, moisture ingress, and draught stopping standards.
Commercial Building & Dilapidation Reports
Tenant or owner of a commercial premise? We can provide a report covering all accessible areas to itemise any required maintenance or defects. Alternatively, we can conduct a report at the start of a lease agreement.
